do you take commissions?

yes! email me at [email protected] or fill out the contact form with any and all ideas. all commissions require 50% deposit.

processing / canceling / modifying orders

i ship all packages 1-2 times per month. allow 1-3 weeks for processing, packaging, and bringing to the post office (it aint easy being car-less, imagine me on the bus with all these pots). orders canceled prior to being shipped can get a 50% refund. order modifications are not allowed.

why is shipping so expensive?

shipping costs are estimated based off of weight and location the package is traveling. i ship USPS priority, which ensures your packages arrive promptly and insured. while shipping is expensive and thats annoying, you are ensuring protection for the product you are purchasing. if shipping costs go over, i will reach out to you via email and you are responsible to settle up for the remaining amount. i refund all shipping overages.

missing package / wrong address

i am not responsible for any missing packages or packages sent to the wrong address. MAKE SURE you put the correct address. if you believe you have entered the wrong address immediately after purchasing, reach out right then. if you realize after the package has been shipped, you will file a claim with USPS. i will not do so for you. all domestic orders ship USPS priority and will come with tracking numbers.

damaged package / item broken in transit

starting january 2018, i will not be replacing any broken / damaged package. you can continue to file a claim through usps, as always. i will not refund you, i will not contact usps for you, i will not file the claim for you. 

returns / exchanges

all sales are final. there are no returns, no exchanges.
